Greetings,

Allow me to start on the note of thanking God for making us women. The creator makes no mistakes. 

We believe that women hold equal value with men in the Kingdom of God.  They bear the image of God, they receive the same spirit, the same gifts and share the same commission to go into the world and make disciples (Galatians 3:28; 1 Corinthians 12:13). It is upon this background that the Wawa Aba Womanist Leadership Institute has chosen to affirm, uplift and enable the growth of women ever since it's birth. As a leadership institute we felt it wise and strategic to hold on to five key intent to  ensure the above is fulfilled. 

Wawa Aba Womanist Leadership institute anchors it's leaders with theological teachings, leadership skills,more enlightenment about gender equity, social justice and politically engages leaders towards a world of freedom, equity and justice for all regardless of gender. Wawa Aba  empowers women who are less privileged by affirming their worth and encouraging their growth towards fulfilling their divine purpose. 

In just 3 years  we have seen, women elevated to positions of leadership, occupying spaces in and out of their spaces of influences in various countries  across the globe.

A big thanks goes to our founder B.E. Dr Andrea Vassell, our executive team - Rev. Dr David Williams, Rev. Alba Onofrio,  Wawa Aba siblings, our partners and our funding partners.  It is a journey worth walking!
